I purchased an Alfa Romero Stelvio and got 2 keys, one does not work and they are aware of it. They should make sure all the keys are in working condition before selling, now I have to go through the hass does not work and they are aware of it. They should make sure all the keys are in working condition before selling, now I have to go through the hassle to do their job of making the key works. Long wait, but understandable. I got an oil change like 2 weeks ago. Windshield light turn on . When I went to put the windshield wiper liquid, I Noticed they forgot to put transmission oil and break fluid. Ricky is professional service rep who takes the time to understand why I brought the car in for service and he sets my expectations as to when repairs will be completed.
