The WORST dealership EVER! I went to service my car there and literally NOTHING I asked for was done! Best Car Buying Experience Ever I often read these reviews and assume the most positive ones comes from employees - but this is a real, 100% bonified review from a real customer. I I often read these reviews and assume the most positive ones comes from employees - but this is a real, 100% bonified review from a real customer. I never write reviews but my experience was extremely positive. From the moment I walked in the door (Friday), Ernest greeted me and took me into his office to review my budget, my needs and the various types of Jeep Grand Cherokees. Ernest took me to look at a few of the cars I narrowed down on my list and we walked through the differences between each. I came back with my wife the next day (Saturday) to test drive each of the three car types I selected around the neighborhood. I really took a liking to the Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Ernest sat down in his office and reviewed with us the potential cost. They were then really reasonable in discussing a price reduction. I committed to the car that day with a deposit. They gave me clear instructions on how to get my insurance paperwork ready for when I picked up the car. Came back Monday - paid for the car - and then Ernest jumped into the car with me again to talk through different aspects of driving the car, how to set different settings to my liking and customize the car to how I wanted to use it. Ernest was great the whole way through - best car shopping experience I have ever had. And with the dealership in general, all of the salesmen and people working there seemed really happy. There was a tremendous and huge selection of awesome cars. I definitely will be back here for my next car assuming driving isn't automated by then or robots/Coronavirus hasn't decimated mankind. More
