Only Jeep dealer in my area I went for a walk in service. They turned me away because I was 5 minutes pass the time. Then when I did finally get my car serviced. I’m sure they are suppose to check to make sure everything is working properly in your car. Specially when your spending over $300. More

Maggie was awesome! (So was the man who coord. Car drop off) I usually hate dealerships and the people that work there. Maggie was great though. She was responsive, friendly and accommodating. The man who was in charge of directing incoming cars on Friday, October 11 was a joy (I unfortunately did not get his name). But he was so friendly and definitely made my day start off on a good foot. I actually told my husband as I was leaving how friendly everyone was.
