Due to her very professional and prompt resolution I must say that I now see my entire experience in a different light, Though I am still unhappy with the lack of clear explanation by the gentleman with whom I originally signed the contract my overall experience with the salesman (Steven Davis) the service department and most importantly Ms. Finn has really shown me that Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram cares about the happiness of it's customers. What I did not mention in my initial review was the the service department was top notch and very professional. More

Financing onsite only took a few hours and Keith M was respectful to my budget. Ariana made the paperwork clear and was responsive and fueled the Jeep up on a rainy nite near closing - very nice! The only informal issue I had was that the tires were under inflated and all with different amounts of air pressure to the extent that it was very difficult to keep a straight line on the highway, after airing up it was smooth sailing. No regrets and I'm confident Eastchester CJeepDR will stand behind this purchase, partly because of the positive communication with Shanna Lee who assisted with a trade title issue. Good job! More
Only Jeep dealer in my area I went for a walk in service. They turned me away because I was 5 minutes pass the time. Then when I did finally get my car serviced. I’m sure they are suppose to check to make sure everything is working properly in your car. Specially when your spending over $300. More

Maggie was awesome! (So was the man who coord. Car drop off) I usually hate dealerships and the people that work there. Maggie was great though. She was responsive, friendly and accommodating. When someone forgot to call me to tell me my car was ready, she was immediately apologetic and even gave me a discount (which I did not expect, but was an unexpected and appreciated bonus). The man who was in charge of directing incoming cars on Friday, October 11 was a joy (I unfortunately did not get his name). But he was so friendly and definitely made my day start off on a good foot. I actually told my husband as I was leaving how friendly everyone was. It was definitely not something I’d experienced at dealerships or mechanic offices before but was so appreciated. More
