My vehicle WAS NOT TOWED IN TO YOUR DEALERSHIP EVER. SO WHO EVER TOLD YOU THAT IS A LIAR. I DROPPED MY CAR OFF IN PERSON! As far as the service and what you spoke to me about fixing my car was the minimum. The price for me to pay was always $100.00 I HAVE CHECKED WITH THE EXTENDED WARRANTY MORE THAN 5 TIMES. THEY HAVE CONFIRMED THEY DID PAY IN FULL. I paid for the first rental and set up the rental alone and Maggie told me she could not do.... I aslo left for a planned vacation 3 days late because Maggie had no communication. I then was with out a car for more than 4 days because again Maggie had no communication with the extended warranty. Paying for the rental was again your responsibility for the liars and untrained staff. Not only was I hungup on many times your staff also hung up on representative from Dodge Corporate and that is documented by Dodge. I was directed yo speak with you from corporate because of the service that was never provided. Even when I spoke with you Frank you were unaware. I called the extended warranty while in your office and offered for you to speak instead you used your office phone and then began to give the nesrccasry into the the warranty company. It was Zack from the warranty company that informed me of what you were doing and then asked me to tell you you had forgotten to add parts and labor. Finally I was instructed by corporate to ask for compensation and I did with Marc. He promised me at a minimum the car not payment and said he would get more from you! Leaving a review is not to get anyone fired but to prevent anyone from going through what I went through and then being lied to about a tow truck when I dropped my car off in person!!! During business hours!!!!! However, if someone looses their job that is a dodge decision. Again I don't think arguing with me will help you. My car did die with in the hour I called and left message with service after I spoke directly with Marc and he transfered me! No one Here ever picks up a phone. PERHAPS ALL SHOULD INCLUDING YOU. Now I have a car that is not fixed, valued at less and no compensation after a visit to the service center your oversee. No one has kept their word and that hurts. This is not my first dodge. I am a return return customer but I will never revist your location. Please I would love to see the video of the tow truck bringing in my car!!!! That is a lie and form of your unprofessional service. I have completed this dodge survey truthfully and I will never refer anyone here. I await my compensation what is owed to me at a minimum and what is right. As you say why should anyone loose their job but did you wonder how I arrive to work for the first 19 days you had my car when you provided no rental!!!! Always tell the truth that is how the Lord guides me. Please refrain from questioning my faith.
