Uncertainty I entered the dealership uncertain of what i wanted to do. However, with a pre approval loan from my credit union I knew I was eligible for something. I was asked how can I help you by a sales rep (Juan) right away. I told him what I wanted and how much was my pre approval. When I tell you that Juan worked with me and I was able to walk out of the dealer with more than that I actual bargained for. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and Juan thats my guy man. So if you visit this dealership please ask for one he will make a miracle work for you. More

The terrible customer service The worst customer service team in the try state, the service department closed and never notified me on when my car was ready, I called 4 times duri The worst customer service team in the try state, the service department closed and never notified me on when my car was ready, I called 4 times during the day and they always told me we will call you when your car is ready, I had to basically steal my car back in order to get home. I email the manager frank and never got a response or a apology, on them closing without giving me my car back. they even left something loose under the car I went back the next day and the girl at the service desk said there mechanics don't make mistakes and they weren't going to fix it. I had to go to another dealership to get the problem fix. More
