This is the worst experience I ever had as a client in any retailer store. 3 days talking on the phone with different people about a car lease, all of them absolutely unprepared and when I finally gave up any retailer store. 3 days talking on the phone with different people about a car lease, all of them absolutely unprepared and when I finally gave up of buying the car, they seemed relieved ! These guys are a joke. Run away from them ! I’m still waiting to receive the refund of my $500 deposit. Update : Was just informed by PalPal that the refund was issued but not completed, because there were no funds on the issuer account. These guys are crooks ! More

Maggie was really helpful while my car was getting service. My only issue is that whatever notification system you are using for your customers is garbage. Maggie explained to me that I should’ve got service. My only issue is that whatever notification system you are using for your customers is garbage. Maggie explained to me that I should’ve got an text and an email but never received it when my car was done. This has happened multiple times in the past with different representatives, Rosemary had to send me a the notification multiple times until I got it. Please QC your notification system so customers are not waiting multiple days for their vehicles are done. Thanks again Maggie. More
