Service provider did not communicate accurate information about engine problems. Only said that the engine part needed was a throttle body (was on back order). Didn't resolve issue by searching for parts on about engine problems. Only said that the engine part needed was a throttle body (was on back order). Didn't resolve issue by searching for parts on other places (DaimlerChrysler advice me from 6/29/ to 7/1/22 they could've been try searching on other states, even "Canada") phone # provided by SP. After I ask SP to check or put in request for extended warranty (I checked online if requeste was put in "smartautocare") no request was input on or before 6/3/22, I was at Eastchester Dealership in person. On 6/10/22 return in person (its when I gave SP number of SAC warranty. (2017 Jeep Compass sat in from 5/31/22 to 7/12/22). I had a similar issue with Riverdale Chrysler a yr ago, who upon my request checked and put in request to warranty insurer. In my opinion SP should be more informative, assure, provide options, ask about vehicle status and update customers. More

I have been a costumer since August 2015. When it comes to oil changes and yearly inspections service is ok. There have been 2 times where I have left my jeep for an oil change and the part When it comes to oil changes and yearly inspections service is ok. There have been 2 times where I have left my jeep for an oil change and the parts were left in the Jeep indicating that the oil change or service was incomplete. Now I have a check engine light that has yet to be resolved. It seems the check engine light continues to be lit after a wire has been changed due to rodents eating the wire which was the cause of the check engine light according to the receipt. Sent it he jee back, the check engine continues to be unresolved. Now the oil change light seems to be activated. When I the receipt says their was an oil change completed. Hmmmm. This is the third time I’m sending the Jeep back to resolve the check engine light. The jury is still out. More
