The worst customer service of all car companies. Wait times are extensive. Communication is terrible and oil changes are expensive. I had to call to check the status of my vehicle 8 hours after I dropped times are extensive. Communication is terrible and oil changes are expensive. I had to call to check the status of my vehicle 8 hours after I dropped it off. To date I’ve had more than 4 major problems with a car I bought brand new. The gas tank was inoperable, the screen went black, the transmission needed to be fixed, the sunroof got stuck, and the latest issue was low oil far before the need for an oil change. And i was still charged for the services. It’s a lemon. I can’t wait until the lease is up. I will NOT be a Jeep owner ever again. More
