I went in because my car wouldn't turn over I advised the tech I thought it was a fuel issue since the battery was cranking the starter well I was given an estimate of over 8000 dollars which is insane I fin tech I thought it was a fuel issue since the battery was cranking the starter well I was given an estimate of over 8000 dollars which is insane I finally asked to just do a tune up tire sensor replacement replace heater core and 4 new wheel locks total 1650 dollars and car still had the same issue I took it to them to begin with after all said and done it was a simple fuel pump bypass relay part 20 dollars 30 mins to fix they charged me 130 dollars to put on a tire sensor that takes no more then 15 mins to do i will never go back again or buy a car from them More

My experience was great I was able to drop the car off because they did warn me it would a Wait they also let me know about any fees I would have to pay and how warranty would work if I was covered . Worst service, gave car back and didn't tell me radio crashed, did not put back panel under passenger seat. When received my car back they didn't even tell me they had an issue with the radio. I had to find out on my own, when I asked about it, they told me i have to replace radio, there is nothing they can do to get the radio to work. So why when i go home i put in the navigation update USB and i get the radio back to where it was when i brought it in. Service is either un experienced or have no clue what they are doing, or they dont have a supervisor that checks their work. More
