A little busy I like the Eastjeep Service Center and the people there are great. But my last visit wasnt so smooth, mainly because the place seemed a little underst I like the Eastjeep Service Center and the people there are great. But my last visit wasnt so smooth, mainly because the place seemed a little understaffed. Also, my issue wasn't able to be addressed that day so I had to get the car early and will have to reschedule. I think what could be improved upon is the communication between booker and the service center. I have a new Jeep and my issue had to do with a leak somewhere (sunroof?) that comes through the sunglasses holder and backseat ceiling lights. It wouldve been good for the service center to know (from the booker) that it was a leak of some kind and we couldve avoided a wasted day where the car just sat. Had they known they couldve either told me to wait for a better day (weather wasnt great that day or something) or directed me in some other way. More

Always something wrong with my Jeep. Would never purchase another vehicle at this location. I've had issues with my Jeep Compass.
