durango light on i went to this service center for a light that was on in my truck and rob new what the light was and what it might have been on. they check out my veh i went to this service center for a light that was on in my truck and rob new what the light was and what it might have been on. they check out my vehicle and rob called me to let me know what the problem was and what they needed to do to correct it. my truck isn't fix yet because they had to order the piece needed and its on back order. so i'm still waiting. he said it should me about two weeks or so. No shuttle service available I requested in advance a shuttle service I have to wait for long time to get it because the person they where calling to give me the service didn’t an I requested in advance a shuttle service I have to wait for long time to get it because the person they where calling to give me the service didn’t answer the phone I am a disabled person and they refused to pick me up to come back to pick up my car even I was only 1 mile away from the dealer very disappointed the persons I requested the shuttle service didn’t show any kind of empathy!
