It seems to be difficult to speak with anyone about the status of the car or what is happening. I brought my car in and called for an entire day with no returned call until the next day when the person tol status of the car or what is happening. I brought my car in and called for an entire day with no returned call until the next day when the person told me my car was able to be picked up. Immediately leaving the lot I heard squeaking coming from the back of the car with a return of the check engine light by the end of the day. I was told that I had to make an entirely new appointment which was over a week away. I mentioned the squeaking which was completely ignored and not looked into. I brought the car back specifically for this and was told that I needed to come back on a separate day to review the issue and someone would call me. It’s now been 2 weeks. No one has called. I called again today and now told that I have to wait almost 2 weeks to bring the car in. I feel that this is a very unprofessional way to treat an issue that was caused by the service department and brought to the immediate attention. I purposefully waited to write this to see how they would treat the matter. The answer is poor More
