"I want for my 1st oil change and had the check my back up..."
- Stu ZookI want for my 1st oil change and had the check my back up camera cross traffic warning not working. Plus, I ask for a car wash. All of this took over 3.5 hours. WAY TO LONG OF A WAIT! Joe Worden said that if a car pass me by going over 19 miles an hour cross traffic warning would not work but I have already told him I was backing out of a parking space at Walmart. I have never seen a car ever go over 10 miles an hour at Walmart. So, by him I'm an idiot. Plus, because I got my 1st oil change free and ask for a car wash. That was way to much to ask for service to do. So, finally a over 3.5 hours. I received my car back completely wet from the carwash not even try to dry the car. Then I my way home I saw that warning light for collision was on. I pull over in a parking lot in reset the setting to factory. That collision warning light was on personally just to get me back. I must have xxxx the service department works off. So, I will NEVER COME BACK BECUSE OF MY EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! So, basically I was treated like a 2nd class citizen. This is all too familiar to me at some car lots service departments. If was wearing a suit and had the top of the line car. My experience would have been completely different. FOR SURE!!!!!!! This happen on 10/08/20.

- Hermione's MomMy current Murano is my 4th car from this dealership: I wouldn't go anywhere else. Martin Nissan's service department is reliable, helpful, skilled, polite, confidence-building. Except in extreme emergencies (i.e. something goes wrong with my car and I'm in Nebraska), I never let anyone else touch my car. And to be honest, those emergencies never occur, because Martin Nissan's team is totally reliable: If they give my car a work-up before I travel, I travel with absolute confidence that I am in a safe, reliable vehicle.

- KadeKochThe Service Manager told me that my car should smell like sewage/sulfur and it is common with 50-60 degree weather. I suggest that if your vehicle smells like sewage/sulfur just keep it and dont bother buying a new one because "it is common".

- btrinhI bought a new Nissan Altima in 2007 and I went to several different dealerships before I finally bought my car. They not only worked with me to get the car I wanted but when one couldn't be found, they made a great deal with me on one very similar. Three years later, there was an internal problem with my transmission and because I lived closer to Tom Wood Nissan, I took it to that service worried that I wouldn't be able to make it to Ed Martin. That was a mistake as I later found out. My car sat on their lot for 10 weeks due to paperwork/warrenty issues on Nissan Corporate's end while I drove their loaner. I jumped through hoops and talked to everyone at Nissan consumer affairs before calling Todd Reiselman at Ed Martin (where I bought my car) to tell him the situation. Although I bought my car from his location 3 years ago and I didn't take it back there for this problem, he still went above and beyond his job description and made the right phone calls to expedite the paperwork. Due to unfortunately circumstances with communication at Tom Wood, I ended up having to bring my loaner back to Tom Wood before my car was finished and was left without transportation. Todd stepped in again and made phone calls to resolve the situation, he even offered to give me a loaner if Tom Wood didn't. He has been wonderful from the process of buying my car through this whole ordeal. In his book, once a customer, always a customer. Ed Martin takes care of their consumers, I won't go anywhere else.
