Recently, I purchased a 2024 TRD (new) from Katrina. She was an outstanding sales rep and for both My wife and I. Not only did she answer all our questions or concerns, but one xxxx of a customer advocate. We had some issues with a truck bed top ( not EM’s fault) the top just did not fit correctly. Due to some issues it was questionable whether we could return it or not, but Katrina went to bat for us and got it done. She was also to help us complete the process once we got back to Florida. Anyway, Ed Martin has an extremely valuable employee. I also dealt with Junior the service tech. He was really helpful and we are grateful to him as well in helping us resolve our issue.
