1st time buying and will me last time. They never have responded back to me. No has reached out. I have emailed, talked to the online chat on their website and still not getting anything b They never have responded back to me. No has reached out. I have emailed, talked to the online chat on their website and still not getting anything back. Took this vehicle to my mechanic for alignment and he stated that the tires were so bad the thread and cords were coming out of it, and they literally let me drive that knowing how those were and we even asked about tires, and they said nothing was wrong. Since Costumer services isn't at the top of their list, will never have anyone buy from them. More

I was given incorrect information when negotiating the purchase and paid for an item that was not required. Upon talking with Mr. Krieger, I was appropriately treated and reimbursed for the item.
