I started my purchase with an online search. The information was accurate and lead me to texting Chase. He was very accommodating for my review of the vehicle. I brought the vehicle in to ask a question and they insisted that I leave it to have my question actually checked out. Since i had the time that worked out fine. It was easy to schedule service online. When I arrived, both service entry doors already had cars parked inside so I couldn't pull in, and the overhead door closed again. I waited several minutes, thinking they were with a customer and one of the vehicles would be moved soon, and the door would be reopened. Finally, I walked inside to find there were no other customers at the service desk. I would have expected someone to at least open the door and tell me to come on in. More
