I use this dealership because it is near my office. I use the valet service where they will come pick up my car, do the maintenance, and drop it back off to me. 9/10 times they forget to come get my ca I use the valet service where they will come pick up my car, do the maintenance, and drop it back off to me. 9/10 times they forget to come get my car and I have to call and reschedule my appointment and I usually get a text or call saying I missed my appointment. I have brought this issue up multiple times before and the service manager gave me her card and said to call her directly to schedule and she would make sure they didn’t forget my vehicle. When I called she seemed u happy with me calling her directly, she set up my appointments(multiple vehicles each on a different day) and they still forgot to come get my car. My coworker used the valet service and was waiting for them to bring her car back, she had to call them and they couldnt find her car to bring it back to her. If my vehicle wasn’t under warranty or there was another ford dealership nearby that would do valet, I would not use this one. More
