I would not rate just one area of service. In general the service dept. did get my navigation problem fixed (I think). A few days later I took my car to your collision repair center for some very modest work. I was told that they no longer did work on damaged vehicles. They directed me to Ferman's body shop. Ferman has never been a popular name with me, but at least they accepted my vehicle for repair. I suspect that Elder has ranked somewhat lower than it had been. More

There were many deceptive sales practices that were used from this dealership. I did not take the vehicle I had to deal with corporate and do more work than was necessary to try to get the proper price for from this dealership.
