Brought vehicle in for a complete 16OO$ front brake repair, after second return leaving brakes on front’s passenger side making rattling and since diesel department and looked over my vehicle some coin repair, after second return leaving brakes on front’s passenger side making rattling and since diesel department and looked over my vehicle some coincidental my vehicle is now leaking radiator fluid.!! will not be recommending anyone nor will I be bringing my vehicle back to Elder Ford! after having my vehicle valuated, if I find that Elder Ford did anything pertaining to what was on the work order I will be in contact!!!! Not satisfied with my service back in 2022 and made promise not to return and went against my better judgement!!! More

I would give a zero if it would allow me too. I had to get a lot of work done on my expedition. A lot of it was covered under an extended service plan that Ford gave me due to consistent issues w I had to get a lot of work done on my expedition. A lot of it was covered under an extended service plan that Ford gave me due to consistent issues with my 2018 Ford expedition. I ended up having to pay for a rental car out of pocket even though this was covered under my extended plan, which they didn’t tell me until the last day, the car has been shuddering since I picked it up. Now they’re trying to pinpoint it on some thing else. I’ve tried calling the service department several times before I finally just had to go in person today because no one ever calls back and then they all just blame it on different people. This place has just degraded in the past five years. They do not feel honest, it just feels like they just wanna keep adding things to your repair ticket so that they can bump up their commission. In my car didn’t even get fixed after all of this. More
