salesperson was pleasant. finance was a snake pit. my sister trusted them because she is disabled, and comprehension is not good. her son who drove her was tired and wanted to finance was a snake pit. my sister trusted them because she is disabled, and comprehension is not good. her son who drove her was tired and wanted to leave for work. She signed where she was told to sign. then found out from family there were unnecessary fees charged. sister called and spoke to a manager, Baird, and he had no desire to amend and blew her off with saying she signed it all and said if she got a new Elantra from Hyundai it would have cost 44K. she purchased a 2016 and walked away paying over 22K and the agreed price was 16K, which is what she put down on the car. taking care of a person, esp one with a disability with the best outcome. not a way to take advantage and line your pocket for an extra 1-2K previous experience at this dealer was great. this time was shameful. More

Nicole was great as an advisor, Brian was amazing with body work approval! Rear fin above the back windshield was scratched/damaged while the car was there for service work, damage was repaired without an body work approval! Rear fin above the back windshield was scratched/damaged while the car was there for service work, damage was repaired without any issues! However, on the body shop end my car could’ve been cleaned prior to the work being done. It was very dirty when picked up except the area that had the repainting done. I understand not being to wash it afterwards due to paint drying/curing. Looked like it went through a dirt/dust storm. Just a suggestion moving forward! More
