We purchased our daughter’s used vehicle in early May, and the check engine light came on almost as soon as we drove it off the lot. Every time a repair was done, we had to bring it back due to the check and the check engine light came on almost as soon as we drove it off the lot. Every time a repair was done, we had to bring it back due to the check engine light coming on again. They had to replace the entire motor, among several other things, and have made us feel as if all of these issues were supposed to be our responsibility even though no issues were declared at the time of purchase and we even paid a mandatory “110-point inspection” fee that “made sure everything was in working order”. We were promised “one final” repair would be done on this near-lemon of a car we were sold, and now the service director, Bryan, refuses to return our calls. I just left a message for the GM, Dan, so hopefully we get a resolution on this vehicle. update: no response to my voicemail, only a generic written response to this review. still waiting for that return call, Dan!
