It would be nice if someone would respond back to me when I’m trying to get information on trading in my truck. This is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve talked to multiple people about I’m trying to get information on trading in my truck. This is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve talked to multiple people about trying to get info on a certain truck and all I get is we will reach out to you asap….. yeah that never happened. Then I spoke with a lady named dayna glover about trading in my truck so I sent her over all my info on my truck to get an estimate on the trade In value and she never once reached out to me. Now I check the website and it’s sold so great work Elder ford!!! More

Damian Lambert was very rude and lacked any professionalism or customer service. We came back two days after we purchased a truck from them. After reviewing the paperwork we saw that they had c professionalism or customer service. We came back two days after we purchased a truck from them. After reviewing the paperwork we saw that they had charged us more than what we discussed. We spoke with one of the sales managers who was polite we expressed to him that the way our deal was handled was unethical he went and spoke to Damian who told him there is nothing that can be done. When we asked to speak with Damian he made us wait for about an hour, came over and said you signed the papers. We proceeded to try to explain why we felt that way but he kept cutting us off and saying you signed the papers got up and said bye. More
