Extremely unhappy with level and Quality of service. I had to bring my vehicle in 2x's and I was very specific about my issue. I had a busted hose. My truck is overheating.I opened up my hood and was ab I had to bring my vehicle in 2x's and I was very specific about my issue. I had a busted hose. My truck is overheating.I opened up my hood and was able to Id a split hose your staff checked my freon and changed my oil and did not find the split hose!!!! And I questioned that fact. So on the way home from your facility my truck overheated. The second time I came i opened the hood and showed your staff exactly where the split was. Staff is friendly however they are overwhelmed. The facility seems to be short staffed. 2 hoses were replaced,plus my multifunction switch and 2 new tires. I was contacted late Friday that my vehicle was not finished so got a rental it is good that you have that service. However I called earlier in the day to get a status..no response. Not happy about the late notification your staff could not find my truck which was taken across the street to put the tires on. After tracing the hoses and bleeding them to make sure that I had no air bubbles in the hoses I had to add fluids which I would expect you all to do as part of the service. I am still not happy now my fan is running continuously. I would expect that to be checked after the repair. Now I'm not sure that I want to bring back in...thinking about going to another dealership or mechanic. More
