STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! ! They do shady business and do hard pulls on your credit and then will sell the vehicle out from under you while waiting to hear back from the bank!! ! Today we were working a deal with John internet sales. We came to an agreement on numbers and signed the credit app for them to pull our credit. John stated people coming later in the afternoon to look at the truck so good that we were getting a jump on it. After not hearing anything for a few hours we reached out to John and he said sorry someone else just bought the truck. After they did a hard pull on my credit. I asked them if that is how they handle business do hard pulls on everyone and while waiting to hear back from the bank sell it to the guy next door. John refused to answer that question and danced all around there is no deal until the dotted line is signed. We asked to be transferred to a manager sent to Joe who was rude, arrogant, and said sorry it didn't work out and hung up on us. We called back asking to speak to the general sales manager (Chris) who refused to talk to me and said to find another truck and they would try to make it right. We have bought several vehicles from other dealers including 2 in the past week. We have never been treated like this or had our credit pulled and then a vehicle sold out from under us. Beware of shady business and lack of customer service!!! I guess this is the reason out of all reviews they are 1/5 stars on BBB!! More

Instructions left with vehicle not followed. AC maintenance has been taking over 2 weeks. Very life interrupting. Money taken with repairs not completely working and I have to bring it back. No discounts or extra services offered. I still don't know when my AC will be fixed. Made an appointment for after the holiday weekend but it is a hot one. More
