Servicing is not good! Garrett and Robert were very nice to work with however I am very disappointed in the service of Elder Ford. When we purchased the truck it was pourin Garrett and Robert were very nice to work with however I am very disappointed in the service of Elder Ford. When we purchased the truck it was pouring rain so Robert said we could bring the truck back to have it detailed. I brought the truck back on Monday, November 5th. I spoke with Garrett and told him the car had no wax on it and that they had done a horrible job on cleaning the inside. They even left the previous clients information in the truck which had a copy of the persons drivers license and personal information. There were also a couple of the charger outlets that were not working. Elder Ford had my car all day long. When I came to pick it up Garrett said that I would have to make a service appointment to have the charge outlets checked out even though Elder Ford had my car the entire day. They did clean out the inside but that was it. they didn't put any wax on the truck at all. It appears that once the car is sold Elder Ford really doesn't care about taking care of their customers. More

Very friendly Was helpful and friendly. Quoted me lower price on oil change that ended up incorrect (honest mistake on salesmans part, was not angry with him at all Was helpful and friendly.
