Where most times workmanship is missing and where I assume mechanics are certified in their specialty areas. Very disappointed in the service department . made appointment several days in advance . Dropped vehicle off 830am on Wendesday . Took until Tuesday morning to tell me that the warning light wa made appointment several days in advance . Dropped vehicle off 830am on Wendesday . Took until Tuesday morning to tell me that the warning light was not of any consequence and my other issue probably was not going to be a warranty item ( but they didn’t know exactly what the problem was ?) 2 days later after asking the dealership to discover and fix the issue nothing is been accomplished . Impossible to talk to any person at the actual service department and communication is lacking . Seems to be a corporate level process , not any individual employee .
