Looked on line and saw the car I've been waiting for 3 months from another dealership. I was beyond excited that Subaru Elk Grove had it. Spoke to TJ and he said it would be ready for me to come up and months from another dealership. I was beyond excited that Subaru Elk Grove had it. Spoke to TJ and he said it would be ready for me to come up and test drive. Got there and within 1 hour I was driving my new car on the road. Mike Lagandaon, Finance Manager was excellent as well as Rachel and TJ. 1st time I've bought a car in 10 years, and they are not like your typical sales people, they are friendly as can be. The entire staff are very professional people. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

What an unexpected experience. I went in expecting to get the upsell treatment, yes it has been a while since I bought a vehicle, but did not. I worked with Marissa by message I went in expecting to get the upsell treatment, yes it has been a while since I bought a vehicle, but did not. I worked with Marissa by message with questions and an out-the-door price. When I decided to go to Elk Grove Subaru she informed me she may have another employee work with me as she had appointments scheduled. OK, here we go I thought but went ready to be hassled. She set me up with Mike and was surprised, at no pressure He answered all my questions, explained the warranty, and made me at ease with the value of the price we agreed on. The finance department was long but went smoothly and I had a new to me used vehicle. To the Dallas Cowboy fans, I had to work with -- GO SAN FRANCISCO 49ERs P.S. Check the gas gauge before leaving, this vehicle was almost out when I left. More

We went to a couple dealerships before this and even bought a car at carmax. With all bad service. Came to Subaru and was immediately greeted by sales reps who walked through the options with us and I e bought a car at carmax. With all bad service. Came to Subaru and was immediately greeted by sales reps who walked through the options with us and I ended up ordered a 2023 Impreza with Alex. He kept tabs on me letting me know of any Impreza’s that were becoming available and got me a car 2 weeks earlier than the expected arrival! 10/10 service, and definitely will be a return member of this Subaru dealership.
