Tried to buy a business vehicle here and the salesperson literally gushed that I had “the best credit he’s ever seen on a deal.” Sounded promising, right? Then BAM—they hit me with a demand for a corporate literally gushed that I had “the best credit he’s ever seen on a deal.” Sounded promising, right? Then BAM—they hit me with a demand for a corporate resolution in their exact Toyota-specific format only, claiming nothing else would fly. Like, zero flexibility. Meanwhile, another Toyota dealer had zero issues with my standard corporate docs and was ready to roll. So apparently this place has some ultra-secret, super-strict internal rulebook that even other Toyota spots don’t follow. Felt like they were inventing roadblocks just to avoid actually closing the sale. Super glad I dodged that bullet before signing anything. If you’re looking for straightforward customer service and a dealer that actually wants to sell you a car (especially for business use), I’d sprint to literally anywhere else. Julius Stewart stepped up on the floor-relatable, razor-smart, knew the Hybrid Highlander inside out-and when low blood sugar struck mid-walkaround, he calmly guided us to the vending machines, stood back while I bought a chocolate bar, then eased right back into torque specs like a champ. Finance with Duong Vue? Quick, meticulous, no tedious waits-he dotted every i so we rolled out fast in that beautiful silver Hybrid Highlander. Can’t thank them enough. More
