Hello Sierra, I apologize for your experience. I spoke to our Finance Director who addressed your concerns with Eddie. Our Finance Officers make money on selling Service agreements. It would not be in his best interest to not sell you a Service Agreement. He let us know he tried to present it, however you were in a hurry and did not let him finish his presentation.
