Customer Service I have been going to E.G. Toyota for about 5 years now. I have never had any issues, until my last visit. I had an appt and took my car in the day bef I have been going to E.G. I had an appt and took my car in the day before to do a drop off, the wait time wasn’t just a couple minutes but more like 30! After going in and asking to be seen the 2nd time, I was finally checked in. But turns out that E.G. Toyota does care and I was my car service was nicely taken care of and they turned what would have been a poor visit to a great visit! More
