Service beyond my expectations ! I have visited the service center last week for a regular check up and a problem with a middle seat in our Sienna. The seat had become disengaged f I have visited the service center last week for a regular check up and a problem with a middle seat in our Sienna. The seat had become disengaged from the clip in the floor . I was told it would probably take four hours to complete the work . I took advantage of the shuttle to take me to nearby Green Acres where I had fun for several hours. Victor called when the work was complete and the shuttle picked me up quickly The service and repair it went perfectly . This was my first solo visit without my husband. Service review Called Elk Grove Toyota a week ago to schedule my 5000 maintenance and when I asked how long it will take, I was told it could take from 2-2 1/2 hours Called Elk Grove Toyota a week ago to schedule my 5000 maintenance and when I asked how long it will take, I was told it could take from 2-2 1/2 hours so I was glad when I came in and it only took less than hour. The service was fast and efficient. The only thing I wished they would have done was when I got my free car wash, they need to dry the car. I was left with water spots once it dried so I had to get another car wash. But overall I had a good experience. More
