We immediately got an offer over dealer invoice that we could live with, (made sweeter by the manufacturer $4000 rebate offer), and the deal was done.. Also received fair trade-in value on our old sedan. Paperwork is lengthy no matter what, but Nai make the process as painless as possible, and their technology made reviewing the terms easier than ever. More

When they didn't have a certain type in stock they were willing to do a dealership trade to get it in for us the next day. This gave gave multiple options to consider, which is nice. Once we made our choice paperwork was fasting easy and we were out in no time. The new guy (can't remember his name) who showed us all the features after purchase was excellent. If he didn't know all the info he went and received help from another lady that I can't remember her name. Only recommendation I have is to get a Soda machine like Elk Grove Nissan. The coffee machine is a nice touch for now. More
