Not my First Time Simple, easy and straight to the point. Went in considering 2 to 3 different types of cars. When they didn't have a certain type in stock they were willing to do a dealership trade to get it in for us the next day. This gave gave multiple options to consider, which is nice. Once we made our choice paperwork was fasting easy and we were out in no time. The new guy (can't remember his name) who showed us all the features after purchase was excellent. If he didn't know all the info he went and received help from another lady that I can't remember her name. Only recommendation I have is to get a Soda machine like Elk Grove Nissan. The coffee machine is a nice touch for now. More

Tire rotation Dropped my car off at approximately 7:50am for only a tire rotation. Waited for an hour to be told that I will probably get my car back at 11am. Took the shuttle home and didn’t get a call back til 12:30pm. And in the end I couldn’t get my tire rotated. Kinda frustrating. More

Bill Gann is AMAZING!! Working with Bill Gann has been the best experience we have ever had with a Toyota dealership. This is our fourth Toyota buying experience and while a Working with Bill Gann has been the best experience we have ever had with a Toyota dealership. This is our fourth Toyota buying experience and while all were pleasant, none compared to this one. I first met Bill when he replied to my TrueCar inquiry. He never made me feel like I was pressured to come in and talk to him. Several other fleet managers and salesmen from other dealership also called/emailed me and each one only wanted to give me information in person. Each time I declined, it was very obvious they were irritated. Bill on the other hand provided me with several breakdowns of pricing and was extremely patient with me. When we decided to go look at our vehicle and see if there were any other options, Bill greeted us with a huge smile. He patiently worked through every scenario with us and never once tried to pressure us to fill out a credit application. Along the way, he was awesome to talk to. He cracked jokes with us all while making us feel important. Never once did we feel like he had something better to do. I can honestly say that I would not have walked out of that dealership with a brand new vehicle if it hadn’t been for Biil!! More
