Jeremy even beat his own price during further negotiations to ensure the very best deal. Jeremy ordered the Highlander exactly how my wife and I wanted it. Debbie was also very patient with us explaining all the finance options and showing the detailed numbers and lease components. I am very detailed oriented and it was helpful to have the precise finance numbers to calculate the leasing arrangement and feel comfortable with the lease. If there was a contest between all the internet sales department from the various car dealerships, then I know Scott Nannini and his staff would rank very high. His patience, honesty and commitment is the reason why I purchased my first brand new camry from Elk Grove Toyota. Other dealerships tried to lure me in with their internet sales department but the customer service i received was more like the traditional sales. I have owned a 94 and a 2000 camry for many years. This truck was awesome but I knew there was no way I was going to be able get a deal that would make this affordable. We went inside and sat down to figure out numbers. Long story short Sam got us way more for our trade in than I was expecting and gave us a great deal on my dream truck. I was looking to buy another truck, but our the friendly Adam showed us that there are so many options available form Toyota when buying a new car. Adam was AWESOME in helping us find the car that would fit us perfectly! I did not feel pressured into making a purchase, and I felt that Adam really understood what fit our needs. We tested out many great cars, such as the Yaris and Scion, and we ended up taking a Scion IM home the same day! The friendly staff of Toyota the main man that was helping us find the perfect car, Adam, made me feel like family. I agree with my dad that there is no other car company that can take care of its customers like Toyota. Also, Kenny Hoang, who worked with us in Finance, was very helpful in ensuring that we understood all the terms and conditions of the new purchase.
