Courteous, helpful and honest I was shopping for a 2016 Prius using 3 sources, i.e., the Costco Car Buyers Service (Magnussen Toyota in Auburn), an auto broker and Elk Grove Toyota I was shopping for a 2016 Prius using 3 sources, i.e., the Costco Car Buyers Service (Magnussen Toyota in Auburn), an auto broker and Elk Grove Toyota (Adam Niazi). Despite the offer of $500 under dealer invoice from Magnussen, I decided to go with Elk Grove (Adam) even though the price I was able to negotiate was $250 more than the Costco deal (still it WAS $250 under dealer invoice!!!). The reason? I just felt more comfortable that Adam would live up to his trade-in offer on my 2012 Prius and that there would be no "tricks" to up the price of my new 2016 Prius. And I was right!!! I picked up my new 2016 (red w/black interior) Prius Two Eco last Friday night (they'd procured it from a Chico dealership for me) on Friday night. The process took about 2 hours, but I was kept apprised of what was going on by Adam as the process unfolded. They contacted my credit bureau to activate the loan and handled all of the DMV paperwork on their purchase of my 2012 Prius, all for a reasonable fee. Basically, Elk Grove Toyota in general, and Adam Niazi, specifically, have proved to me that all of the tales of trickery and deceit that we hear about auto dealers are, in this case, totally unfounded. I would highly recommend Elk Grove Toyota and Adam Niazi to anyone planning to purchase a new Toyota or Scion vehicle. More

He explains all the details of the extra options and financing in a detailed yet simplified manner that made it easy for my wife and myself to understand. We knew what we Wanted in a '16 Toyota Camray We met with Adam Naizi when we arrived at the showroom and described what we had already decided what we wanted, a '16 XLE 6 cylinder, in the RUBY PEA We met with Adam Naizi when we arrived at the showroom and described what we had already decided what we wanted, a '16 XLE 6 cylinder, in the RUBY PEARL FLAIRE. Adam immediately went to work to see to it that my wife's request would become a reality. We soon learned that there were NO cars on the lot that met our request. We then learned that there was ONE such car in Fremont, CA. and that THAT was the ONLY CAR like it in a 500 mile radius. But that dealer wouldn't turn loose of that car. At that point, Brian Rea, the fleet Manager then got involved and after some SERIOUS arm twisting and perhaps even some cajoling, the fleet manager in Fremont finally agreed to sell us the car and Elk Grove Toyota, and especially Brian Rea took it upon themselves to get that car to us...at no extra charge to us. Now our 2016 Camray 6 cylinder in the RUBY PEARL FLAIRE sits in our driveway and we are VERY grateful to Adam and Brian in going way beyond the "extra mile" (it's a 210 mile round trip to Fremont and back) to make our dreams come true...they are the DREAM MAKERS !!! More
