Happy Toyota Tacoma owner I recently purchased a new 2016 Tacoma from Elk Grove Toyota. From the initial contact with Jeremy Coffelt through email, up until the final financing I recently purchased a new 2016 Tacoma from Elk Grove Toyota. From the initial contact with Jeremy Coffelt through email, up until the final financing paper was signed with Nai Saecho, the experience was 100% professional and accomodating. I was struggling to find the exact truck I wanted, and with a particularly poor experience with a competitor Toyota dealership, I almost moved on from Toyota to another brand. Within days of emailing me, Jeremy was able to find the exact model & color I had been waiting weeks for. Overall this was a great car buying experience. I plan to use this dealership for any future vehicle purchases I have. More
We just bought our 4th new Prius Jeremy Coffelt and Patrick Sliney were both very helpful in purchasing our 4th new Toyota Prius since 2002. We liked the 2002 so much, we got a 2006, Jeremy Coffelt and Patrick Sliney were both very helpful in purchasing our 4th new Toyota Prius since 2002. We liked the 2002 so much, we got a 2006, and then we bought a 2010 Prius. We decided to buy a new 2015 Prius since Toyota is changing the new amenities for the 2016, and eliminating the moon/sun roof, and the solar panel to charge the AC and fan motor when the car is hot. This is a very unique feature that Toyota has offered since 2010, and now is no longer going to be offered. Jeremy Coffelt and Patrick Sliney were both very helpful locating our new 2015 Prius, and making the arrangements to trade our old 2010 Prius. I would recommend Elk Grove Toyota and the sales staff to help with your next new car purchase. More

Our experien This is my husband and I's first time purchasing a car. We did our research and knew exactly what we wanted: a Prius 2 in blizzard white. Our experience with Samir wasn't too bad. He wasn't very pushy or anything in the very beginning however, when we we're trying to leave to get dinner and talk about other colors etc. he basically started to be a little pushy. (I mean I understand they have to make a sale and he didn't know that my husband and I already decided that we knew what car we wanted and where we wanted to buy it from...but we're hungry!) He finally said what if I can get you the deal you saw on the internet. We told him that we'll walk around the dealership and talk about it. We finally did agree to it so he brought us inside the sales area and got us a table. From that point on, it felt like it was very rushed because while he could leave and do whatever, we were not. We were told that we would need pay stubs, proof of my husband's recent graduation, proof of residence, etc. and while we were sometimes waiting, I wanted to run home to get the items and he wouldn't let us! Plus my husband was now getting pretty irritated because he had just gotten off from work and not eaten dinner yet. We did decide to upgrade our seats to leather and he was a bit pushy to get me to choose a color while my husband was inside trying to print out his transcript on one of their computers. I told him that I'm not making any decision on the color of the leather without my husband being there. (I mean I can totally make a decision on my own but my husband is going to be the primary driver...) Their computer wouldn't open the transcript and Samir tried to get it to work but he kept pushing the cursor pretty hard several times. I did let him know later that I felt rushed picking out a leather color and he did offer to let me take a look at the leather choices again but I declined. Anyways, he had us signing a bunch of paperwork and when I was signing for the sticker removal, I asked to do a walk around of the vehicle because we had not actually completed one yet. Thankfully I did because there was a paint chip near the driver rear tire so we had to go pick out another Prius. (I mean I know there's going to b e scratches and chips but if I'm paying for a brand new car..I want to be the one to make em!) Anyways, we were finally handed off to the finance department. Kenny was an excellent person who explained everything clearly and I didn't feel rushed at all, even though it was past their closing time. He allowed us to interrupt him at any time to ask clarifying questions and we did. He let us take our time to talk about the packages that we did/didn't want. After we were all done, we met Chance who helped us hook up our phones to the bluetooth system. He was also very friendly and understanding. There was another lady who followed us home (don't recall her name.) so she can grab our paperwork and whatnot. Very friendly and she stayed outside our home while we gathered the items. Overall the experience was great. We would recommend this dealership to our friends. Another reason why we decided on this dealership was because of the great reviews the service center had great reviews too...so we can't wait to get our first appointment with them to get our upgrades added to the car! :) More

I met with Linda Dang to purchase a Toyota Highlander. We test drove the vehicle, she pointed out all the controls etc and never pushed the sale as at so many other places. She made me comfortable and at ease, we negotiated, arrived at a price and made the deal. A smooth and easy transaction. Not only the sales staff, but I met John the finance man and appreciated his explaining all options and again never pushing but explaining the options available. I have to compliment Samanth Walling, the customer relation person, she explained all the many controls, and there are many. Her easy going manner, her way of explain how to use the controls made me at ease and hopefully remembering all she showed me. She did tell me I could return at any time and have her explain anything I missed. Customer Service at its best. All in all a good, smooth experience., probably do it again in 5 years or so.
