I went their with my guard up wanting to see other cars at other lots to compare to make the right decision and he said OK it wasn't a problem he understood. Went to other car lots and wasn't treated no where close to the service Romy gave us ,he was also right the cars we tested from the other lotz did not drive well. This man knows cars and not once did he have to look at the sticker to tell us a cars milage,warranty nothing he knew it all. This man needs a raise! More

Fast and easy! I had done my research online - I knew what car and trim level I wanted, and what I was willing to pay for it. I requested a "proof price" online, which was slightly more than what I wanted to pay, and made an appointment with Jeremy. Once I arrived, we looked at the car to confirm it was what I wanted, he accepted the price that I was willing to pay, and we did the paperwork. I should add, also, that the paperwork was quick and easy because I had pre-filled out the information through elk grove Toyota's website. A few minutes later, I was in the finance department, 20 minutes later I was driving away. Less than 90 minutes from arrival to departure in my new 2015 Prius! People complain about dealerships and car salesmen, but I had a great, easy experience and would highly recommend Elk Grove Toyota. More

Just hassle free car buying experience Unlike other sale person/dealer, Mr. Jeremy Coffelt (jeremyc@elkgrovetoyota.com ) was always straight forward, and easy to communicate. Since me a Unlike other sale person/dealer, Mr. Jeremy Coffelt (jeremyc@elkgrovetoyota.com ) was always straight forward, and easy to communicate. Since me and my wife are busy at work and kids, and we don't want to deal with a lot of phone calls with dealer, so we decided to contact dealers via emails only. Most dealers wanted phone number for getting a quote, or I had to send repeated emails to get a quote over the email. However, Mr. Coffelt just sent us a quote in his first reply to our inquiry, and yet it was cheapest as well compared all other dealers. He answered all of our questions in timely manner, and we just paid the same amount as he quoted over the email. Indeed, the staffs at Elk Grove Toyota are quite well organized. I did wasted any of my valuable time, and while process took less than 45~ 50 minutes. Lee Saeteune was the finance person, and he was also very professional. I got my loan from credit union, and he processed all the steps very cleanly. He was not that pushing me to buy extra options nor warranty when I said I did not needed. I drove 2 hours from San Jose, but it was definitely worth it, and Mr Coffelt and Elk Grove Toyota are highly recommended. More
