I purchased my first Toyota Prius in 2005 in Elk Grove Toyota with Romy Cruz as my agent. He was very friendly and assisted me in finding the car I wanted. I have been treated very good in their service department and I surely recommend it to my friends and family. So when I purchased again another car in 2008, I did not hesitate to buy it from Romy Cruz again in Elk Grove Toyota. I really appreciated it when Martin Brown took the opportunity to host a light buffet dinner for the new Toyota car owners and guided us thru all their dealersip's services. I purchased again another Toyota Prius last Oct. 2010 and guess what, same personnel who helped me before assisted me again for the third time. They really have earned my trust when I'm buying a new car. Keep up the good job to both of you Romy and Martin. You guys really make your customers very happy and not only that but you both managed to keep in touch and send greeting cards to us. Thanks. More

Several months ago Elk Grove Toyota provided me with the best car buying experience I've ever had. Toyota was offering 0% financing on most of their models including their Camrys which is what I wanted. Unf best car buying experience I've ever had. Unfortunately, I had not given much thought to how popular this sale would be let alone the possibility of any dealer actually running out of cars, but thats exactly what happened. I wanted an XLE and it had to be white, but by the time I was ready to buy none of the dealerships in and around Sacramento had one and the sale was ending the next day. Needless to say I was pretty discouraged until a friend told me to call Martin Brown and see if he had any suggestions. Martin was sympathetic to my situation and with Brian's help they found the exact car i wanted at a dealership in Santa Cruz. They even arranged to have the car brought to Elk Grove that same day so I would not miss out on the 0% financing. Also, despite all they did, how busy they were, and the scarcity of the car, they sold it to me at an incredible price through their Costco program. The whole transaction went smoothly and both men could not have been more friendly or professional. Regardless of where you live, if you are looking for a Toyota do yourself a favor and go to Elk Grove. You won't be disappointed! More

I purchased a new 2011 Camry and was having trouble using the Bluetooth feature the next day. In such a kind and professional way Martin let me know that my phone couldn't pair with the new car because of i the Bluetooth feature the next day. Conflicting reasons as to who authorizes service; sales manager says he has no say on the service side, the service manager says the sales manager needs to approve the work (which one is it!!!). The vehicle pulled to the right as my wife test drove it, the salesman said it would be taken care of if purchased. When it was brought in we were told that all vehicles pull to the right and that it would not be fixed. The car also was in to have the hood buffed and paint the rear bumper. When picking up the car I noticed deep scratches in the front passenger side door. The sales manager and advisor are saying it was there when I purchased the car. The repairs have been completed to my wife and my satisfaction. EG Toyota did work with us to make sure we were satisfied with their service. Mark and Brian took the time to work with me and make sure everything was repaired. I can say even though we were not in agreement at first, they did make things good in the end. More

Recently, my daughter and son-in-law were looking to buy a new or used vehicle; I recommended that they contact Martin Brown for assistance. I asked a friend for ideas and he suggested I contact Martin Brown at Elk Grove Toyota. Martin could not have been more helpful and made a reservation for me for a Toyota Highlander. I think it was the last all wheel vehicle in all of Sacramento. I picked up the car on Wednesday night and again Nate was extremely helpful in making sure I knew how to operate the car. I just wanted to recognize Martin and Nate for taking good care of me. I have owned four Toyotas and had my last one serviced at Elk Grove Toyota when I previously lived in Sacramento. I have always found the customer service to be extremely professional and this experience reinforced that. Be assured I will look to Elk Grove Toyota in the future when I am ready to shop cars again. The situationthat has prompted me to write this today was because I was in a few weeks ago and I arrived late to my ascheduled appt. and unfortunately missed the shuttle service. I met Mr. Brown who overheard my dilema (I had to get home to meet with a repairman my husband had scheduled) and offered to give me a ride home so that I was still home just in time for the repairman. This kind of service goes above and beyond normal servive and i I greatly appreciated the time he took to get me home . thankyou so much. More
