We had not planned on purchasing another vehicle until Adam came along, he answered all of our questions, took the time to show us the PriusV and how everything worked. He is one of the most pleasant salesperson we've ever came across, his honest demeanor led us to taking a test drive. We felt comfortable and not pressured to purchase a vehicle, this contributed to our decision to purchase the PriusV. The PriusV has so far been a fun and functional vehicle for our needs. More

Our Salesman was a top-notch professional that gave us space, listened to our concerns, and represented us well during the pricing exchange. Couldn't have found a more dedicated Sales Rep. He knew the car well and explained everything from sunroof to floor mats. He made our purchase seem effortless. The Finance Dept was great too. Explained everything in simple terms and answered all questions. Both the Salesman and the Finance folks stayed late with us and never made us feel like we were being rushed. Great team at Elk Grove Toyota!! More

BEST car buying experience. . . Just leased a new Corolla. I really can't express enough just how fantastic my experience was with Elk Grove Toyota, specifically with Jeremy Coffelt Just leased a new Corolla. I really can't express enough just how fantastic my experience was with Elk Grove Toyota, specifically with Jeremy Coffelt. My mom had previously purchased a Corolla last year with Elk Grove Toyota and the experience was so great then, that I decided to purchase from them, as well, even though I live in the Bay Area. I inquired about a specific vehicle and deal via the Internet and was contacted the same day to set up a time when I could come in. I went in several days later on a Saturday morning. When I arrived, the vehicle I was interested in was already pulled and sitting there for me, ready for me to view and test-drive. After deciding on the vehicle, Jeremy was incredibly thorough at getting my trade-in sorted and several financing options presented, quickly and with absolutely no hassle, nor pressure. Then followed by a quick and easy (again, no pressure) finance process with Lee. Finally, an overview of my car, where I was shown all the functions I would need to know - the gentleman (Alvin) even set up the Bluetooth connection to my phone in the process so everything was set up before I left. These are the kind of experiences that create life-long customers and they have definitely won long term business with me. I cannot recommend Elk Grove Toyota enough! More

I contacted Scott again because last time was such a breeze and I was very satisfied with my experience. Scott again offered a very fair deal and made me feel at ease. No games, tricks or other shenanigans- just an honest deal from a nice guy. I would definitely recommend him for your car buying needs. Nai Saechao in the Finance department was also outstanding. He explained all the options in a low-pressure, friendly way. Super nice guy who helped me finish up the deal with a smile. If you work with these two gentlemen you will have a great experience! More
