I was unable to qualify for the purchase of the Tundra, however, Steve went through the inventory of Certified Used Vehicles in order to find a vehicle that I was interested in and was also qualified to purchase. We finally settled upon the Sequoia, which I actually favored over the Tundra. I then met with Kenny who was also extremely courteous and helpful. Most importantly everyone on the team was hassel free when it came to trading in my care and finding the right care for me. After reviewing my buy the finance team contacted me immediately when they were able to drop my interest rate. They didn't have to do this I'm guessing, but they did and I was able to have my payments lowered and interest rate lowered. Overall everyone was helpful and very professional with no back and forth issues. More
