Great customer service! Our key fob wasn't working, and we had even changed the battery in it too. We anticipated that the key would need to be reprogrammed. Luckily, the technician decided to put in a factory battery, and it worked. We were pleased our that the cost was minimal (for the battery)and not $200 or more for a new key. Toyota was honest and provided great service to us. More

Had my brakes serviced less than a month ago and now the pedal has a popping or clicking when depressed at low speeds.
