Overall very satisfied. We have been customers at Toyota for about 20 yrs.We have always been treated with respect and with good courtesy. I've purchased five vehicles at this dealership, had $4000 worth of repairs made to my 2010 Prius and have always used them for my services. Getting charged $12.50 for a "brake inspection" when they hav $4000 worth of repairs made to my 2010 Prius and have always used them for my services. From the person who greets you in line, to the one who writes up your order, to the mechanics, to the the parts department, to the cashier service is thei the person who greets you in line, to the one who writes up your order, to the mechanics, to the the parts department, to the cashier service is their first priority.
