Hello, Again I apologize for your experience. I absolutely offered to redo the detail on your car last year when you stated it was not done correctly. When you decided to come back this year for that detail, my intentions were to have the vehicle detailed during your service. I was contacted at home that you were not satisfied with the job our service department did, so I offered to redo the detailing right away. Normally our customers wait for the detailing to be done since it should take two hours max. However I knew you did not want to wait, so I offered you a free lyft ride which we usually do not offer for that service. I apologize that I was not here on Saturday to inspect your vehicle before you picked it up. I truly want you to leave our dealership happy. I did talk with Brian Chase and I know that we are giving you a loaner vehicle while we detail the car. I hope that when you pick up your car after we detail it at no change and you return the loaner vehicle at no charge you leave here feeling satisfied.
