Experienced theft too picked up my car and my phone cord was missing and my seats were stained from what I can tell were oil spots. I literally had to record the sound of what was never fixed although I was told the issue was tweaked without having to take my car apart.... hmmmm made no sense. If it weren’t for the original person that assisted me that cared to help me victor I would have never got my car issue taken care of. No one at Toyota cared about me being irate. I didn’t even walk out with a car wash. Loyal customer and the thanks I get! Toyota is about the money and their commission! More
