Fantastic!!! My journey began on a routine tire replacement and sadly my car was in bad shape!!! The people on the service department were very sincere and kind as to I just got the worst news possible!!!! A big repair for a old car!!! Then Todd Hersh popped out of no where and gave me such comfort in the fact I should probably look into buying something new! We talked and he pulled up.a car similar to mine! We made arrangements and went in! From the moment we walked in the door until we left we had excellent service!!! Todd was so helpful to me and my boyfriend in picking out a car!! He gave the best and most sincere care to us!! All the staff was amazing and very kind!!! We closed the deal late and the dealership had closed but everyone was still going about the process of getting those papers signed!!! I have never felt so welcome and at home in any place as I did on my. Visit to Elkins Chevrolet!!! Great people great service all around!!! More

Harder Than It Should Be! Car buying should be easier. I had an appointment with a Great Sales Rep., Boris Korolic but when I handed him a Shop, Click, Drive price quote this b Car buying should be easier. I had an appointment with a Great Sales Rep., Boris Korolic but when I handed him a Shop, Click, Drive price quote this became complicated. He had to check with Sales Manager. It was a $2,000 difference in price for a new Chevy Cruze. I was told it was a mistake with the GM site not being updated with new sale. It took several days to work out. I ended feeling that Elkins was giving the best deal that they could and at least I had brought this issue to light so others didn't have to have this experience. The web site needs to be current including Shop, Click, Drive to increase Trust and Sales. More

Joe Hoffner was the nicest person to work with in helping me find the car of my choice in the color that I wanted. He located the car in another state and made arrangements to have that car driven to Elkins and I really appreciated that. I have driven my new car for a week now and am very happy with it. I also liked the customer service I received at Elkins. Everyone was friendly and made my experience buying a car enjoyable and easy. We test drove the two vehicles we were interested in and quickly made a decision based on Todd’s knowledge of both dissimilar vehicles. Todd then got us packaged and on our way.
