Worth it!! Overall experience was great. We all know we spend hours at a dealership. Well the day i walked in i was greated by a gentleman by the name of Boris. Overall experience was great. We all know we spend hours at a dealership. Well the day i walked in i was greated by a gentleman by the name of Boris. And from the moment i walked in to the time i left he took very good care of me and my daughter. While we waited to finish up the paperwork they had a nice lounge area and a area for the kids. Coffee and refreshments Boris made sure my daughter ate offered her a slice of pizza. Knowing i be there all day you think i would pack a lunch lol. I can't say enough how the overall experience was great. I will not go anywhere else for another car. It felt like a family environment in the place I didn't feel pressured to do anything i didnt wanna do or get into something i didn't want. I went in the dealership with the truck i wanted and drove right off with it. It brought happy tears!!! More

So it was refreshing to have a friendly car buying experience with Todd Hersh at Elkins Chevrolet. I just took advantage of a huge sale on 2017 Corvettes and purchased a Grand Sport. The car is as amazing as the employees are at Elkins. Right from the greeter to the salesman to the Corvette Genius (Mike) to the finance manager Lisa, they were the most friendy and helpfull staff that I've ever encountered at any auto dealership. Just so you don't think that I'm someone's brother in law, I've never stepped foot in Elkins prior to last Monday night 4/24/17 and I've never owned a Chevrolet. Friendly, patient service. We LOVE our Bolt! We came to Elkins Chevrolet from PA, "just to look and test drive" a Bolt. Left with a new Bolt. Suffice it to say, we were wowed by this car. We are now officially "Recovering Oil Addicts," and it feels beyond wonderful to have an EV. We look forward to never stopping for gas again. Mike also explained that savings on maintenance will be substantial; I did the math, and without emissions inspections, oil changes, tune ups, muffler replacement, and less frequent brake work, we will save almost as much on maintenance as we will on gasoline, That could be a combined savings of $12-16,000 over 10 years, depending on how much we drive it. Add in the $7,500 federal tax credit, and this car becomes a true bargain over its lifetime. Chevy's innovative design is way ahead in the EV field. We are converts! More

Unexpected, but fantastic Lease Loyalty deal I received an offer in the mail for keeping my lease loyalty to Chevrolet, and based off of past experiences (and buying my previous lease at Elkins) I received an offer in the mail for keeping my lease loyalty to Chevrolet, and based off of past experiences (and buying my previous lease at Elkins) I went to them. I had a new salesperson, and Bill was absolutely fantastic. He was able to end my first lease just a few months early at no penalty to me, and get me into my second one that better fits my needs. Buying a new car takes a bit of time, but with Bill, my family and I didn't mind in the slightest! He's a great guy, and we're absolutely sticking with him for any of our future purchases.
