Fantastic Service On 9/6/2016 I left work and discovered a flat tire. Had AAA put my spare on and it was low on air and I had a 60 mile ride home. I stopped at Elkins a On 9/6/2016 I left work and discovered a flat tire. Had AAA put my spare on and it was low on air and I had a 60 mile ride home. I stopped at Elkins and met Josh. He reassured me they would do thier best to get me on the road. Keep in mind I do not drive a Chevy product, I have a Hyundai Santa Fe. Within a short period of time they had my tire repaired and back on my car and I was back on the road!! I myself am in the customer service business and good service is extremely imporant to me and I have to say Josh was awesome!! Very professional to say the least!! Would recommend him and Elkins Chevy to anyone I know!!! More

An awesome place to buy a vehicle Well we went to Elkins Chevrolet really just to test drive the traverse. Mark took us out to see all that was on the lot. Then we were ready for the test drive. The Traverse drove so smooth, the room inside was what we were looking for. Mark asked us where we wanted our payment to be, and he came to us with a great price. Like I said we went to Elkins Chevy just to test drive the Traverse, but we drove home with a 2017 Traverse. I would recommend Mark Shaw to anyone. Also we dealt with the general sales manager Bob Borman. Bob made the final process of the purchase so easy, & fast.
