From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were greeted with professionalism. A salesman came out and welcomed us. Scooter had been e-mailing me for maybe 7 months on and off, ever since I had put in a request for info on the Chevy Cruze. He was never pushy or annoying - just sent me periodic e-mails to see if I was still interested or if my financial situation had changed. He was very professional in his dealings with my husband and I, extremely knowledgeable about not only the car but also the buying process, the financing process and the dealership inclusions as well, and he answered all our questions without any bulls...t. He never once pressured us into doing anything. He took his time with us during the test drive, showing us everything in the car - all the gadgets, all the systems, all the extras, teaching us everything operated. He even stayed in the car once we purchased it to talk to the OnStar lady and set our trial system up for us. Nick, the finance manager, worked tirelessly to get us the best interest rate possible. Both remained well past closing hours to complete our deal, never once rushing us to get things done or make up our minds quickly. I can honestly say that this was one of the best buying experiences with an auto dealer we have ever gone through. Well worth the hour trip from our hometown. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will use them again in the future!!! More

(Steel Green love it!)My husband and I visited several other dealerships and decided to come back to Elkins because of Jeff's friendliness. Jeff is kind and was very helpful. While there wasn't a model on the lot with the manual transmission I was looking for, we reviewed the car top to bottom for everything but the test drive. Scooter walked me through every feature and button, talking through all the additional features on the manual version that was arriving on the lot in a few days. Throughout my initial visit Scooter was awesome - despite that I'm a younger woman, he cut through the crap and treated me for who I was - a smart, savvy customer who had done thorough research and knew exactly what I wanted and how to drive it. When the model I wanted (LTZ 6-speed manual in black) arrived a few days later he wasted no time letting me know it was waiting for me to test drive. The car completely lived up to my expectations and was everything he said it would be. I wasted no time making sure that car would be mine that very evening. When it came down to negotiations, once again he didn't waste his words and got straight to the best deal I could've gotten. He even took the time to investigate a possible rebate on the new car, available through USAA, and ended up saving me an additional $750! I drove the car off the lot that night, and have been finding places to go in it ever since. Of all the salesmen I met during my search for a new car, Scooter was far and away my favorite. He didn't sound like a scripted salesman - instead he told me what I wanted to know and helped me get my car without any xxxxxxxx or pretentious attitude. And when some idiot put a scratch in the car by opening their door (2 days after I drove my car off the lot!) Scooter continued to help me get it repaired as soon as possible. Overall he was a great guy, and the entire team at Elkins definitely made buying a car a pleasurable experience, instead of a grueling task. I definitely would recommend them to anyone interested in Chevy. More

After a little more looking around, I called them and told them I wanted the vehicle. The next day, the paperwork was done by the time I arrived and the deal done. What a pleasure working with professionals. All the headaches with registration ,insurance , etc. were non-existent. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested a Chevrolet. More

I was in the market to trade my 2009 Silverado in for a newer style (or 2012) Silverado and decided to put my vehicle up on autotrader.com. Upon doing so, I received numerous phone calls and emails from ne newer style (or 2012) Silverado and decided to put my vehicle up on autotrader.com. Upon doing so, I received numerous phone calls and emails from nearby dealerships regarding my trade in. After listening to all of the messages and checking the emails I decided to take my business to Elkins Chevrolet in Marlton NJ. After driving about 35 minutes in the pouring down rain I finally reached my destination. Aggravated from the drivers who by the way it seemed have never driven in the rain before, I entered the dealership already on edge and didn't want my time wasted. After a visit to the sales counter I was told to see Jeff as he was going to be working with me. I told Jeff I was interested in a truck that was on the lot, and instantly he wanted to go out and check it out. Regardless of the rain, Jeff offered an umbrella and we headed out to check out the truck. While out there I realized this was not the truck I wanted so I told Jeff I was uninterested, and without hesitation he began asking me what exactly I was interested in. I really appreciated the fact that he didn't try to push a vehicle on me that I didn't want, so we went to see what else he had to offer. After finding the truck I was looking for, we began the offering process (what they were going to offer me for my trade in). Initially, the offered price was just shy of what I wanted, so I requested a number in the ballpark of what I wanted. This process is usually the most undesired as the buyer and seller tend to go back and forth, wasting more time. But not Jeff and his crew, as they placed their second offer right in the range that I wanted. So, after deciding to accept, we shook on the deal and began the paperwork process. I had to wait for the vehicle as it was at a different dealership, but I was in no hurry as I knew it would get here sooner or later. That night Jeff called and left a message stating that the vehicle had been located and it would be in the next day. Due to work scheduling on my end I had to wait two days to get to the dealership and get my new truck. Jeff was scheduled off when I was to come up to the dealrship, but he didn't hesitate or waste any time to volunteer to come in on his day off to complete the deal for me. I really appreciated that Jeff; as it goes to show your dedication to your customers and your commitment to your exemplary work ethic. The day came for me to pick the truck up and Jeff worked to make the "switch" as seamless as possible, in which he succeeded. He took it upon himself to sitch over my onstar account as well as setting up my blue tooth. The overall experience I had with your dealership was positive and would definitely make me come back and conduct business, or send references there as well. As for Jeff, I enjoyed conversing with him about topics other than selling a car. He spoke with me like we were friends for some years, telling me about his family and how much he enjoys his job as well as his employer. Jeff wasn't all abbout the sale, and after speaking with him I noticed he didn't have the old school mentality that some car salesmen have. Elkins Chevrolet should be glad they have Jeff on their team as he is definitely the main reason why I chose to conduct business at this dealership. More
