The "bait" is the vehicle you list on your website that are impossible to buy. The "switch" is the actual vehicle you try to sell after generating leads with the bait. All your timeline proves is that, instead of responding to me, you sold it to someone else. This is a repeated pattern in my experiences with your dealership.

Hey Adam, The truck you inquired about was not impossible to buy. It was readily available for purchase when our representatives Jim and Rich each emailed you at 9:17 AM and 10:14 AM respectively, in regards to the vehicle you were hoping to trade in. I see that in the first conversation you had with Mia, you stated that you would "come in when [we] have provided a reasonable estimate" for your trade's value. This is why Jim and Rich reached out - to assist you with that trade in estimate. By the time you replied at 8:45 PM, another gentleman had already come into the dealership to purchase it. In regards to a 'switch', all we offered was our assistance, not any other specific vehicle. I'm sorry if you've had difficulties with other dealerships in the past, but, this just isn't how we run business or treat customers. You're welcome to your opinions, but I feel we did our best.
