2018 Ram 2500 Working with Jose & Noel was great. Only issue we had was the registration - error on paperwork delayed it for a week, but Jose stayed on top of it to Working with Jose & Noel was great. I responded to an email from the manager of the dealership, stating I was not pleased that the registration was taking so long and while I did not receive a response, I'm sure that my concerns were addressed behind the scenes. This is our second purchase from Elmwood, both times we had registration issues, but other than that, I would recommend the sales & finance team at Elmwood and will continue doing business with them. More
